Guruprasad Natarajan has extensive experience in the field of IT staffing and operations. Guruprasad is currently serving as the Vice President-IT Staffing at ScaleneWorks People Solutions LLP. Prior to this, they held senior leadership positions at PRIMUS Global Technologies Pvt Ltd, where they were the Sr. Director-IT Staffing & Operations, responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations and supporting the company's business goals. Guruprasad also served as the Director Business & Operations (IT Staffing) at PRIMUS Global Technologies.

Guruprasad Natarajan has also founded and directed Search N Select Consultants, providing recruitment and talent management solutions. Guruprasad has successfully evolved the company to offer HR consulting services including executive search and recruitment process outsourcing.

Before that, they worked as the Director India Ops (Search & Selection Business) at EmployVision Inc. where they were responsible for the search & selection business, including P&L, employer branding, new business acquisition, account management, and team management.

Prior to EmployVision, they were the Business Leader - Technology Product Practice at ABC Consultants, where they managed the search & selection business for technology product practice and handled a team of client managers and consultants.

Earlier in their career, Guruprasad Natarajan worked as the Recruitment Manager - IT Products at Eka Software Solutions, where they strategized recruitment activities for the organization and managed a team of recruiters and third-party vendors. Guruprasad also held the role of Recruitment Manager SAP Hiring at HP, where they set up the recruitment engine for SAP hiring and built practices from scratch.

Guruprasad Natarajan completed their high school education from Sri Gopal Naidu higher secondary school between 1987 and 1989. In 1989, they enrolled in Coimbatore Institute of Technology to pursue a B.Sc degree in Applied Sciences, which they completed in 1990. Later, Guruprasad attended Delhi College of Engineering from 1993 to 1998, where they obtained a BE (Tech) degree in Electrical. In 2009, they furthered their education by pursuing an Executive Management program at Bharatiya Vidhya Bhavan, which was completed in 2010.
