Kelsi Pettifer

Kelsi Pettifer is an accomplished professional in human resources and people management, currently serving as the Director of People & Culture at ScalePad since September 2022, after previously being the People and Culture Manager. Kelsi has a strong background in talent acquisition, enhancing employee relations, and developing HR policies, demonstrated through a tenure as Human Resources Manager at Vitasave from October 2019 to August 2022. Earlier experience includes roles as a Human Resources Coordinator at Woolworths Supermarkets, where Kelsi managed employee performance, and as a Server at Belleville's Watering Hole & Diner, focusing on customer service. Kelsi began a career in sales as a Sales Representative at Ra Energy and held positions at Banana Republic and Pharmasave Drugs, showcasing versatility in both human resources and customer relations. Kelsi holds a Bachelor of Business Administration, an Advanced Diploma in Human Resource Management, and additional qualifications from Camosun College.
