Role OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated Senior Business Development Manager to develop and execute the sales strategy for Scaler. This role focuses on attracting new clients and building positive relationships with consultants and potential clients. The ideal candidate will have a sales consultancy approach, ensuring that Scaler's offerings are effectively communicated and adopted.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and nurture relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers within client organizations.
  • Create and implement tailor partnership strategies to achieve quarterly growth goals.
  • Handle contract negotiations and build strong working relationships with partners, ensuring sustainable economics for both parties.
  • Clearly articulate the value of Scaler's solutions to prospects, using creativity to differentiate our offerings and leveraging market insights and trends.
  • Maintain an organized approach, ensuring timely follow-up and attention to both high-level strategy and detailed execution.
  • Employ critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills to navigate negotiations and challenging partner conversations.

Basic Qualifications

  • Minimum 6 years of full-time experience in end-to-end sales and/or partnerships.
  • Experience leading conversations with executive-level external partners.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to quantify opportunities and influence decision-makers.
  • Excellent negotiation, forecasting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent practical experience in a relevant field such as investment, real estate, infrastructure, business, economics, or sustainable finance.
  • Familiarity with ESG and/or Real Estate sectors is highly preferred.
