Steve Gauci has been with Scalzo Foods since May 2008, where Steve currently holds the position of Head of Operations. With a strong background in logistics and supply chain management, Steve leads various teams and is responsible for overseeing both national and international operations. Prior to their current role, Steve also gained valuable experience in transportation management with other companies such as Charles Parsons & Co Pty Ltd and DTM Business Logistics. Steve's educational background includes a Master of Business in Logistics Management from RMIT University and a Bachelor of Management from Federation University Australia.

Our capabilities in ingredient supply, as partners to retailers and manufacturing expertise have fuelled our development. Our head office is located in Melbourne at our Kensington site and we have a further network of offices and warehouses across Australia and New Zealand.
