Dominic Lim has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Dominic started their career in 2001 as a Financial Analyst at The Clorox Company, where they reported financial performance metrics and provided cost accounting support to the R&D function. In 2004, they interned at Genentech, where they developed tools and methodologies to improve sales revenue projection accuracy.

In 2005, Dominic joined PricewaterhouseCoopers as an Associate and later became a Senior Associate. During their tenure, they conducted compliance assessments and stakeholder interviews for a biotechnology company, as well as quantified revenue capture opportunities for an independent Blues health plan.

In 2008, Dominic moved to Deloitte Consulting as a Senior Consultant and later became a Manager. Dominic led process redesign efforts and conducted current state assessments for a national health plan's Medicaid business unit. Dominic also managed project managers and developed implementation plans for migrating lines of business to a third-party platform.

In 2011, Dominic joined PwC as a Manager and later became a Director. Dominic directed planning efforts and oversaw testing deliverables for a regional health plan's ICD-10 testing. Dominic also provided oversight and advisory support for project management, resource planning, and budgeting.

Most recently, Dominic has been working at SCAN as a Senior Director. Dominic'sroles include Operations and Provider Integration, where they have demonstrated leadership and expertise in these areas.

Dominic Lim earned their Bachelor of Arts in Integrative Biology from the University of California, Berkeley in 2000. Dominic then pursued a Masters of Public Health with a focus on Health Management at Yale University, which they completed in 2005. Prior to their undergraduate studies, they attended Chaminade from 1992 to 1996.
