Elizabeth Hickey has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Elizabeth started their career as an Intern at Marketing Eye in 2011. In 2012, they interned again, this time at IBM. Elizabeth then joined IBM as a Consultant in 2013 and gradually worked their way up to become a Senior Consultant and later the Global Healthcare Solutions Portfolio Leader. Elizabeth left IBM in 2021 to join SCAN as a User Experience Consultant, where they focused on member satisfaction initiatives and enhancing member onboarding efforts. In 2023, Elizabeth was promoted to the role of Program Manager, Consumer Experience and Insights at SCAN. Elizabeth currently holds the position of Director of Digital Marketing and Sales at SCAN.
Elizabeth Hickey completed their education at Bentley University - McCallum Graduate School of Business from 2018 to 2020, earning a Masters degree in Human Factors and Information Design, with a focus on Human Factors. Prior to that, they obtained a BBA in Business Administration from the University of Michigan, attending from 2009 to 2012. Elizabeth also holds several additional certifications, including Fundamentals of digital marketing from Google, Healthcare Insights & Solutions (Gold) from IBM, Membership Certificate from The Interaction Design Foundation, IBM Design Thinking Co-Creator, IBM Corporate Service Corps, and IBM Design Thinking Practitioner.
