Miki Crane

Miki Crane has over 10 years of experience in the healthcare industry. Miki currently works as the Primary Care Medical Director for Arizona at SCAN since October 2022. Miki also held the position of Market Medical Director at Iora Health from January 2019 to March 2022. Additionally, they served as the Clinic Director and Internal Medicine Physician at Southern Arizona VA Health Care System from July 2014 to November 2015. Before that, Miki worked as an Internal Medicine Physician at DS2 from September 2010 to July 2014. Miki also held the role of Medical Director at Humana from August 2013 to January 2014. Miki Crane received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics from the University of Southern California in 1988. From 1998 to 2002, they attended The Ohio State University College of Medicine and obtained a Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree. They are currently pursuing a Master of Health Care Innovation (MHCI) degree at the University of Pennsylvania, with an expected completion date between August 2022 and May 2024.
