Troy Shaffer

Troy Shaffer has a broad range of work experience starting from their role as Operations and Merchandise Manager at Kmart Corporation in 1990. Troy then worked at Office Depot as a General Manager, where they managed profit and loss statements and implemented innovative procedures. From there, they moved on to Ingram Micro as a Business Development Manager, and later joined Ameriquest Mortgage Services as a Director of Continuous Improvement. Troy then joined UnitedHealth Group, where they held various roles including Director of Quality and Process Improvement, and Vice President of Quality. Troy'smost recent position was as Vice President of Operations at SCAN Health Plan, where they led large-scale customer contact transformation efforts and developed an award-winning customer service team.

Troy Shaffer holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Economics from UC Irvine. Troy also has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of La Verne. Additionally, Troy holds certifications as a Scrum Master and Six Sigma Greenbelt.
