Kumar Sourabh

Kumar Sourabh has worked in various roles and companies throughout their career. Kumar started off as a Tech Support Engineer at vCustomer in 2002 and then moved on to Nipuna Services Limited as a Senior Technical Support Engineer in 2005. In 2006, they joined Sutherland Global Services as a Manager Operation/Account Manager. Kumar then worked at A.P. Moller - Maersk Group as a Service Delivery Manager from 2008 to 2012. In 2012, they worked as an IT - Delivery Manager at Hewlett-Packard before joining FLSmidth as the Head - IT Operations (India) in the same year. Kumar also held the position of Member at CIO Klub from 2016 to 2018. From 2017 to 2018, they worked at Total as the Head of Service Management. Following that, they served as the Head of Cyber Security at FLSmidth from 2018 to 2020. Currently, they are the Global Security Lead at Scandinavian Tobacco Group since 2021.

Kumar Sourabh completed their Executive Education at Henley Business School in 2015. Kumar also pursued a BCA degree in Computer Science at AITM but the start and end years are not provided. Additionally, Kumar Sourabh attended Chinmaya Vidyalaya, although their degree and field of study are unknown. In terms of certifications, they obtained various certifications in ITIL, including ITIL V3 Expert and multiple ITIL Intermediate certifications. Kumar Sourabh also completed leadership and problem management programs, as well as a green belt certification in LSS. Finally, they participated in a team leader certification program.
