Aylin Abdullah

Aylin Abdullah is the current Global Director of Employer Brand & Talent Attraction at Scandit. Aylin has held this position since September of 2018. Prior to their current role, Aylin was the Global Head of Employment Brand at Arm from September 2017 to September 2018. In this role, they were responsible for developing and delivering an EB strategy across Arm that supports the attraction and retention of employees. Aylin has also worked at BGL Group as the Talent Brand & Attraction Manager from September 2017 to August 2018. In this role, they facilitated and enabled a team of passionate Talent Attraction & Talent Brand Specialists to drive and deliver business value for one of the UK’s largest consumer insurance groups.

Aylin Abdullah studied philosophy with journalism at the University of Hertfordshire, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree. Prior to that, they completed 12 GCSE's and 4 A-Levels in humanities/humanistic studies at Southgate School.
