Jens Christian Andersen has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Jens Christian began their career as a Restaurant Supervisor at Hilton, where they worked from 2001 to 2002. Jens Christian then moved on to Sankt Gertruds Kloster as a Food & Beverage Manager from 2002 to 2004. Following this, they took on the role of Operations Manager at Middelgrundsfortet from 2004 to 2005.

In 2006, Jens joined Norwegian Cruise Line as an Assistant Food & Beverage Director, where they played a key role in overseeing the opening of multiple restaurant concepts, bars, and nightclubs. From 2015 to 2018, Jens served as Country Director of Food & Beverages at Scandic Hotels, where they spearheaded the development and implementation of food and beverage strategies for 24 hotels in Denmark. Jens Christian played a crucial role in aligning operations and production with current trends and collaborating with the sales team to drive corporate meetings business.

Prior to their current role as Senior Vice President of Commercial & Concepts at Scandlines, Jens worked as Managing Director at Meyers, overseeing Meyers Contract Catering, a high-end B2B canteen and F&B partnership restaurant business. Jens Christian managed a team of over 400 employees and 26 administrative staff.
