Dr.-Ing. Felix Mederer

Dr.-Ing. Felix Mederer has extensive work experience in the field of electronics and software. Dr.-Ing. Felix currently serves as the Head of Electronics and Software at Scantinel Photonics, a position they have held since 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Continental from 2013 to 2022, where they held the roles of Senior Expert, Systems Security, Head of Functional Safety and Cyber-Security Management, and Radar System Architect. Before that, they worked at Nokia Mobile Phones from 2003 to 2013, where they held the roles of Senior Architect, Connectivity Architecture & System Design, Project Leader Device Appearance (DA), Project Leader Electro-Mechanics (EM), and Senior Design Engineer.

Dr.-Ing. Felix Mederer obtained their Dr.-Ing. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Ulm University between 1998 and 2003. Dr.-Ing. Felix also obtained a Dipl.-Ing. from Ulm University in the same field of study between 1991 and 1998. In addition, they hold certifications as a Certified Automotive Cyber Security Professional from SGS-TÜV Saar and as a Project Management Professional (PMP) from PMI.org.
