Shokoufeh Karimi

Shokoufeh Karimi, PhD, currently serves as a Senior Scientist at Truly Labs & Truly Translational and as a Scientific Project Manager at Scantox Group, focusing on non-clinical in vivo studies. Previous roles include Senior Scientist at Idogen AB, where Shokoufeh led research and development in immune profiling and cell-based therapies for kidney transplantation, and postdoctoral researcher positions at Uppsala University and Chalmers University of Technology, concentrating on glioblastoma immunotherapy and the effects of bioactive compounds on human health, respectively. Shokoufeh obtained a PhD in Cell and Molecular Biology from SLU, with earlier academic achievements including master’s degrees in Biotechnology and Animal Biotechnology. Experience includes research roles at Tehran University of Medical Sciences related to stem cell transplantation and cancer research.
