Technical Support and Customer Success Engineer at Scantrust

Pride Phiri has a wealth of work experience, beginning in 2009 at Coosmic Corp. as a Web Developer. In this role, Pride was responsible for Axure rapid application prototyping to create user interfaces for web applications, management of the Company's project plan, and database management. In 2010, Pride moved to IBM as an Information Developer. From 2013 to 2020, Pride worked at MullenLowe Profero in various roles, including Operations Director, Group Account Director, Senior Account Manager, and Account Manager. Finally, in 2023, Pride began working at Scantrust as a Technical Support and Customer Success Engineer. In this role, Pride is responsible for day-to-day technical and non-technical customer inquiries and requests across time zones on demand, but primarily EMEA, as well as evaluating product use for a designated customer base and identifying areas where the client could improve.

Pride Phiri completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science & Information Systems from Rhodes University between 2003 and 2007.
