Dennis C. Linken

Dennis C. Linken concentrates his practice in communications regulatory law, with clients in the cable television, competitive telephone, and cellular telephone industries. He regularly appears before the New Jersey Board of Public Utilities and municipalities throughout the State.

Mr. Linken is outside counsel to major national communications companies and has been centrally involved in the acquisition and disposition of communications companies, as well as significant financing transactions.
