Jorge M. Marquez

Jorge Marquez-San Martin is a legal professional with extensive experience in federal litigation and trial advocacy. Currently serving as Counsel at Scarinci Hollenbeck, Attorneys at Law since January 2024, Jorge previously held the position of Managing Associate at Warren Law Group from February 2022 to January 2024. Prior to that, Jorge worked at the New York City Law Department as Senior Counsel from July 2015 to February 2022, where duties included co-chairing three successful trials involving federal constitutional issues, leading to significant savings for the City of New York. Jorge also has experience as an Assistant Corporation Counsel in the Special Federal Litigation Division, a Lawyer in the Federal Litigation & Bankruptcy Division at the Puerto Rico Department of Justice, and held several roles including Legal Counsel and Research Analyst, as well as Law Clerk positions. Jorge earned a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from the University of Puerto Rico School of Law, a Licenciatura de Derecho from Universitat de Barcelona, and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
