Heath Armstrong

Heath Armstrong is a Senior Counsel at Jackson Walker LLP, a position held since May 2021. Prior to this role, Heath served as the Managing Attorney and Staff Attorney at the Public Utility Commission of Texas from April 2018 to May 2021. Additionally, Heath was the General Counsel for the Texas Senate Research Center from August 2016 to April 2018.
