Alex Gray

Alex Gray has a diverse work experience in technology recruitment. Starting in 2018, they worked as a Senior Technology Recruitment Consultant at Frank Recruitment Group, focusing on permanent placements for development and cloud professionals. In 2021, they joined Klarna as a Principal Tech Recruiter, then moved to Bitpanda as a Senior Principal Tech Recruiter. In both roles, they achieved hiring goals, scaled interviewer pools, and reduced agency reliance. They returned to Klarna in 2022 as a Senior Principal Tech Recruiter before joining Scede in 2023 as a Senior Principal Tech Recruiter for Spotted Zebra. Additionally, Alex Gray has experience as a Senior Beach Lifeguard at RNLI from 2013 to 2018.
