Theresa Andersen

Theresa Andersen has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at Scenic Hudson, Inc. since January 2001, overseeing various HR functions such as recruitment, benefits, and leadership development. In addition to this role, Theresa works as an independent HR consultant for HRhelp since September 2000, providing expertise across all HR facets. Previously, Theresa held positions as the Human Resources Director at Kingston Hospital, managing HR for over 800 staff members, and at Bard College, handling HR functions for nearly 320 staff, faculty, and union employees. Theresa holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Speech Communication and Rhetoric with a focus on Organizational Communication and Leadership from The State University of New York.
