Kayla Anderson has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Kayla began their career as a Front Desk employee at Courtyard by Marriott in 2007. Afterwards, they worked as a Tier Three Technician at WDS, A Xerox Company from 2009 to 2010. Kayla then joined Nintendo as a Technical Support Representative for a brief period from 2010 to 2011. Following that, they worked as a Store Manager at Desert Sun Tanning from 2011 to 2013.
In 2015, Kayla joined Scentbird and started as a Customer Support Representative before being promoted to Senior Customer Support Representative in 2016. Kayla continued to grow in the company and became the Head of Social Media Support in 2019. In this role, they managed a team of remote and on-site agents, reduced response time on social media support, and collaborated with the Social Media Manager to develop the brand's voice. Kayla also worked with marketing and PR teams to improve brand awareness.
Kayla's dedication and skills led their to become a Customer Support Manager, overseeing Tier I and Social Media Support from 2020 to 2021. Kayla then took on the role of a Customer Experience Manager: Tier I and Social Media Support from 2021 to 2023. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Customer Experience Manager at Scentbird.
