Matt Cooley

Matt Cooley has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple industries. Matt has held various leadership roles throughout their career, including Chief Information Officer at Scentsy, Inc. (Corporate Office) from 2023 to present, Chief Operating Officer at LifeVantage Corporation from 2021 to 2023, and Chief Operating Officer at LashLiner from 2019 to 2021. Prior to these positions, they were the owner of Beneviam, a company that provided guidance and support to business leaders, from 2017 to 2021. Matt also served as the President of Younique Products from 2015 to 2017, where they successfully directed global sales and marketing initiatives. Matt started their career as a Software Developer at Hewlett-Packard from 1999 to 2009 and Xpit / RateXchange from 2000 to 2002. Throughout their roles, Matt demonstrated their expertise in IT, operations, sales, marketing, and international expansion.

Matt Cooley attended Boise State University from 1994 to 1997, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Computer Science. Additionally, they obtained a minor in Spanish during this time.
