Dr. Syed Arifi BDS, MPH, is a seasoned healthcare management consultant with extensive experience in leadership development, healthcare training, and policy formulation. Currently serving as a Management Consultant and Co-Founder of the Health Academy at the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties since May 2019, Dr. Arifi leads various business development initiatives and oversees the development of policies and procedures across departments. Previously, Dr. Arifi co-founded the Healthcare Leadership Academy at the Ministry of Health Saudi Arabia, managing training programs for over 25,000 employees. Additional roles include Training Manager at National Medical Care, Supervisor of Health Promotion & Education and Director of Education & Staff Development at Sultan Bin Abdulaziz Humanitarian City, and Senior Commissioning Coordinator at National Medical Care - Riyadh National Hospital. Dr. Arifi holds a Master of Public Health from UNSW and a Bachelor of Dental Surgery from KU.
