Bridget Lohbeck is an accomplished professional in the field of engineering and academia, currently serving as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Cincinnati since January 2024. With a strong foundation in structural engineering, Bridget has worked at Schaefer since May 2018, progressing through roles as Project Manager, Project Engineer, and Design Engineer. Prior experience includes a Graduate Research Assistant position at Purdue University, contributing to NCHRP 14-35 under Dr. Robert Connor, and serving as a Graduate Teaching Assistant in the Lyles School of Civil Engineering. Bridget's engineering career began with a Structural Engineering Co-op at Schaefer while pursuing an undergraduate degree, transitioning into an entry-level engineering role after completing a Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering from the University of Cincinnati and a Master’s degree in Structural Engineering from Purdue University.
