Jen Nergard

Jen Nergard, RPA has a diverse work experience in the property management and leasing field. Jen is currently serving as the Vice President of Property Management & Leasing at Schafer Richardson since January 2023. Prior to this, they worked at the same company as the Director of Property Management & Leasing from October 2017 to December 2022, and as a Senior Property Manager in July and October 2017.

Before joining Schafer Richardson, Jen worked at Cushman & Wakefield as a Senior Facilities Manager/Portfolio Manager, representing Ameriprise Financial, from November 2015 to July 2017.

Jen also gained experience at CBRE, where they served as a Senior Facilities Manager, representing Ameriprise Financial, from September 2014 to October 2015 and as a Senior Facilities Manager, representing Royal Bank of Canada, from February 2014 to November 2014.

Earlier in their career, Jen held positions at Ryan Companies US, Inc. as a Senior Property Manager from May 2010 to February 2014 and as a Property Manager from August 2006 to May 2010. Jen also worked at United Properties as a Property Manager from December 2004 to August 2006 and at Opus Northwest as an Assistant Property Manager from July 2003 to December 2004.

Jen Nergard, RPA graduated from St. Cloud State University in 2003 with a degree in Real Estate. Jen has also achieved the Minnesota Real Estate Journal's Property Manager of the Year award in 2021 and holds a certification in RPA.
