Mark Setchell has over 30 years of work experience in various roles. Mark started their career in 1989 as an Assistant Manager at Walgreens, where they focused on customer service, merchandising, and store management. In 1995, they joined First Financial Management Corporation as an Executive Administrative Assistant, providing support to the CEO and assisting with facility management. In the same year, they also started working at First Data Corporation as a Facility Manager. Their responsibilities included managing service contracts, budgets, maintenance operations, and facility design. Mark also had a role as a BS-BA Business Analyst, where they developed internal computerized systems and implemented time tracking databases. In 2018, they joined the Scheduling Institute as a Facilities Manager.

From 1991 to 1994, Mark Setchell attended The University of Georgia and obtained a bachelor's degree in Consumer Economics, with a specialization in Economics.
