Chanaka Premarathna

Chanaka Premarathna is a Senior Researcher at Fujitsu Research since September 2024, and a Doctoral Researcher at the University of Greenwich, focusing on digital twin and Industry 4.0 concepts in pneumatic conveying systems. With experience as an Engineering Consultant at OREL Corporation, responsibilities included providing consultancy services using MATLAB and LabVIEW, along with crafting business proposals and documentation. Previous roles include Lecturer and Visiting Lecturer at multiple universities in Sri Lanka, emphasizing Mechatronic System Development and Robotics. Chanaka also served as a Research Assistant specializing in haptics and signal processing at the University of Moratuwa. Educational background includes a PhD in progress at the University of Greenwich, a Comprehensive Master Java Developer certification, and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Ruhuna.
