Darrell Sykes

Darrell Sykes has over 20 years of experience in the logistics and customer service sectors, currently serving as the Regional Ocean Controller at DB Schenker since February 2010. Throughout this tenure, Darrell has held various roles including US Ocean Controller, Collections Manager for Key Accounts, and Collections Supervisor. Prior experience at Pitney Bowes spans from January 2006 to January 2010, where Darrell significantly enhanced call handling efficiency and customer satisfaction as an Integrated Account Coordinator/Supervisor. Earlier roles at Pitney Bowes also included Training Specialist and Government Account Collector, focusing on employee productivity and customer relationship management. Darrell holds a Master’s Degree in Accounting from Old Dominion University (2014-2023), an MBA in Human Resources, and a Bachelor of Science in Management from Baker College, along with an Associate of Science in Business Administration from Tidewater Community College.
