Courtney Andren

Courtney Andren is an accomplished operations executive with significant experience in finance and accounting. Currently serving as VP of Operations at Sequoia Heritage since October 2024, Courtney previously held the position of Managing Director of Operations & IRA at Inclusive Capital Partners from September 2020 to October 2024, where also served as Director of Operations. Earlier roles include Associate Director of Operations & Accounting at Philadelphia Financial Management of San Francisco, Trade Operations Specialist at Partner Fund Management, and Manager of Finance & Accounting at Four Corners Property Trust. Courtney holds a Master of Science in Accountancy from the University of Notre Dame and a Bachelor of Arts in Finance from the University of Florida.
