Agnieszka Lasyk

Agnieszka Lasyk is an accomplished Director of Engineering at Schibsted Tech Polska, overseeing the Ads Engineering unit with a total of 50 full-time employees across eight teams. With a comprehensive background as an Engineering Manager and Software Engineer, Agnieszka has led teams specializing in Full-stack JS, Scala/Kotlin, and mobile development, while also contributing to various advertising-related projects. As a mentor at both Conlea and Tech Leaders since 2021, Agnieszka supports the growth of junior and advanced managers in their careers. Additionally, Agnieszka served on the NextGen Advisory Board for Schibsted Media Group from January 2019 to March 2020, providing strategic insights and recommendations. Academically, Agnieszka holds an MA in Sociology from Jagiellonian University and a Postgraduate degree in Digital Marketing from AGH University of Krakow.
