Andrei Neculau

Andrei Neculau is an experienced Engineering Manager currently working at Schibsted since January 2023, overseeing data engineering teams in Blocket Sweden and Schibsted Marketplaces Finland, with a focus on platform engineering. Prior to this role, Andrei served as a Founder at Y Software AB and held various consulting positions at Länsförsäkringar, Mendly, and Tobii. With a robust background in software engineering and leadership roles at Tobii and Cisco, Andrei has extensive experience in managing technical projects and teams. Academically, Andrei holds a Master’s degree in Engineering and Management of Information Systems from KTH Royal Institute of Technology and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science in Business Management from Universitatea Româno-Americană din București.
