Lea Karnezis

Lea Karnezis, MBA, is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as an HR Generalist and previously as a Human Resources Coordinator at Schillings since March 2020. Prior experience includes roles as Office Administrator at Asphalt Cutbacks Incorporated and as a Student Activities Office Assistant and Fraternity and Sorority Life Leadership Intern at Indiana State University. In addition to office administration, Lea gained leadership experience through an internship at Fairway Custom Golf and served as a Riley Champion for the Riley Children's Foundation. Lea holds a Master of Business Administration with a focus in Human Resources from the University of Southern Indiana and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from Indiana State University.
