Rahul Kawale

Rahul Kawale is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in exports management and business development within the elevator and escalator industry. Currently serving as the Deputy Manager - Exports India & South Asia at Schindler India since January 2015, Rahul manages operations across multiple South Asian and MENA regions, focusing on revenue growth and market share enhancement through strategic initiatives. Previous roles include Assistant Manager - Exports and Manager-Key Accounts, where successful implementation of go-to-market strategies and relationship management with key accounts led to significant sales growth. Prior experience includes a Senior Engineer position at Fujitec Elevators & Escalators and an Engineer Sales role at KONE. Rahul holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Nagpur University, an Executive Post Graduate Diploma in International Business from the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade, and is currently pursuing a Certification Programme in Strategic Management at the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad.
