Adam Goldfarb

Adam Goldfarb is Director at Schmidt Futures. In this role, he leads work on workforce development and economic empowerment.

Prior to Schmidt Futures, Adam served as Chief of Staff at the Connecticut State Department of Education, coordinated state and federal policy in former Mayor Cory Booker’s administration in Newark, New Jersey, and led strategy projects for education and training organizations.
