Jasmine M. Williams is a 2017 graduate of Temple University Beasley School of Law. She is a civil litigation attorney with nearly five years of experience investigating, defending, and pursuing claims arising from matters of employment/workplace misconduct, personal injury, and premises liability. Her practice focuses on first-party insurance property damage cases involving allegations of bad faith, breach of contract, and insurance fraud. Ms. Williams has represented the interests of insurance carriers in liability coverage matters, which included casualty defense, commercial litigation, subrogation investigations, and coverage review. She has experience analyzing claims in collaboration with co-counsel, experts, and adjusters to identify relevant legal issues and factual disputes to prepare and execute a strategic plan for investigation, defense, discovery and depositions, motion practice, mediation, and trials.
