Andrea Bearcroft

Andrea Bearcroft is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in sales enablement, marketing, and product management across various sectors. Currently serving as the Global Vice President of Sales Enablement at Schneider Electric, Andrea has successfully launched a digital content sales enablement platform for 5,000 users globally and has developed a strategic communications plan to enhance user adoption. Prior roles include leading innovative storytelling initiatives to promote IoT solutions, driving marketing strategies for small businesses at ADT, and managing product management functions at UTC Climate. With a long tenure at GE, Andrea held key marketing and communications leadership positions across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, contributing to substantial revenue growth and strategic planning efforts. Andrea holds a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing from Lancaster University.
