Asterio Perez

Asterio Perez is an experienced Information Technology professional with a solid background in IT support and engineering. Currently serving as the Information Technology Support Team Lead at Schneider Electric since March 2014, Asterio provides level 1 and 2 IT support for over 1,500 employees, including dedicated support for VIPs, ensuring the seamless operation of computer systems and networks. Prior to this role, Asterio worked at Trend Micro from October 2007 to February 2014, where responsibilities included monitoring the health status of servers and network devices and providing level 1 support across various IT infrastructure. Asterio holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from FEU Institute of Technology and previously studied Computer Engineering at Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila.
