Ferran Raurich

Ferran Raurich has extensive leadership experience at Schneider Electric since October 2006, currently serving as Senior Vice President Post M&A Operations & Global Corporate Standards and Senior Vice President Human Resources, overseeing HR functions across various global regions and leading the Country President Community. Previously, Ferran held roles including Senior Vice President Human Resources for Global Supply Chain and Iberian Zone HR Vice President. Additionally, Ferran was involved with Actionnariat Mondial Schneider FCPE as a Board Member from December 2018 to September 2020, and held several HR and management positions at Delphi before 2006. Ferran's educational background includes advanced leadership and management training from prestigious institutions such as INSEAD, Center for Creative Leadership, Esade, and EADA Business School, culminating in a Bachelor's in Business Administration from Universitat de Barcelona.
