Rafaela Gama

Rafaela Gama, MBA, CPIM, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and procurement across various industries. Currently serving as Project Development Manager at Schneider Electric, Rafaela has previously held roles as Category Manager for the North America Region and Procurement Leader at the same company. Additionally, Rafaela co-owns CartPros while acting as Vice President of Sales. Prior positions include Planner at Eaton, FRG Co-Leader in the US Army, and Logistics Analyst at SH. Rafaela earned a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Project Management from Harvard Business School and completed studies at Park University from 2020 to 2022.
