Trang Thi Minh Cap is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience across various sectors. Currently serving as HR Director for Vietnam and Cambodia and Regional HR for IT Business in East Asia and Japan at Schneider Electric, Trang has previously held leadership roles such as Head of Human Resources at Abbott Nutrition International Vietnam and Senior HR Business Partner at British American Tobacco. With a solid foundation in human resources and talent management, Trang has contributed to organizations in diverse capacities, including HR Manager at NVM Group and HR Executive at AIM. Trang holds an MBA with a focus on HR Management from American Heritage University and a Bachelor's Degree in English Linguistics and Literature from the University of Social Science and Humanities.
