Megan Mayhugh

Megan Mayhugh has an extensive work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Megan is currently the Founder and Managing Partner at People Architects, a position they have held since April 2017. In addition, they serve as the Head of People and Talent at Schneider Saddlery and as the Head of Talent at Ninety.io - Software for EOS, both roles that they started in July 2020.

Prior to these positions, Megan held various leadership positions. Megan was the Chief Growth Officer at ERC from October 2020 to August 2021. Before ERC, they served as the Chief Of Staff at INSIGHT2PROFIT from February 2019 to December 2020, where they were responsible for talent acquisition and ensuring the organization's focus on key priorities.

Megan also has experience at TalentLaunch, where they worked as the Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) from October 2018 to February 2019 and as the Chief Growth Officer from December 2017 to October 2018. At TalentLaunch, they were responsible for establishing strategies and growth across multiple staffing and recruiting companies.

Before TalentLaunch, Megan worked at Dealer Tire as a Partner and Chief People Officer, managing various functions related to HR, talent, wellness, community, and change management. Megan held this position from August 2015 to April 2017.

Prior to Dealer Tire, Megan had significant roles at Bridgewater Associates, where they served as a Senior Management Associate, Chief of Staff, and Co-Head of HR from May 2011 to May 2015. Megan also worked at PNC as the Director of Talent Management & Talent Acquisition from January 2009 to April 2011 and at National City Bank as the Chief Talent Officer and Chief Learning Officer in different time periods during 2007 to 2008.

Megan Mayhugh holds an MBA from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Amherst College.
