Dede Aguayo

Dede Aguayo, MBA, has a diverse work experience spanning over several organizations. Dede most recently served as the Director of Account Development at Schneider since July 2020. In 2022, they founded their own company, CX Experts LLC. Prior to that, Dede held the position of Vice President of Business Development at Cargomatic, Inc. from 2018 to 2020. Dede also worked as a Business Development Manager at Werner Enterprises from 2014 to 2018, and as the Director of Business Development at MIQ Logistics in 2013. Their earlier experience includes serving as the Associate Director of Corporate Education at the University of La Verne from 2009 to 2012, and as a Sales Manager at UPS Supply Chain Solutions from 1995 to 2008.

Dede Aguayo, MBA completed the Multicultural Women Executive Leadership Program at USC Marshall School of Business in 2013-2014. Dede obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Management and Leadership from the University of La Verne in 2007-2009. Dede also holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Communication from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Emotional Intelligence and Project Management from Rockhurst University, as well as Preventing Workplace Harassment training from Emtrain.
