Rashmi Samantaray obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Physics from Ravenshaw College. Rashmi then pursued a Masters degree in Computer Application from Acharya Nagarjuna University from 1990 to 1993. Later, in the years 2003 to 2006, they completed a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a focus on Business Administration from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock.
