Rashmi Samantaray

Rashmi Samantaray has extensive experience in information technology leadership roles. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Information Technology at Schneider. Prior to that, they served as Vice President of Information Technology at Foot Locker for five years.

Before joining Foot Locker, they worked at Verizon Enterprise Solutions as an Associate Director, where they led large professional teams in design, system architecture, and implementation of internal applications. Rashmi played a key role in transforming IT applications to cloud-based and DevOps infrastructures, improving consistency, quality, and agility. Rashmi also collaborated with development and infrastructure teams to onboard applications to cloud platforms.

Prior to their time at Verizon Enterprise Solutions, Rashmi was an Associate Director at Verizon Wireless, overseeing the development and deployment of a B2B Self-Service platform. Under their leadership, the platform attracted new customers and significantly increased the company's Net Promoter Score.

Earlier in their career, Rashmi worked as an Associate Director of Information Technology at Verizon Enterprise Solutions, where they focused on improving the customer experience on the My Business e-Commerce platform. Rashmi Samantaray obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Physics from Ravenshaw College. Rashmi then pursued a Masters degree in Computer Application from Acharya Nagarjuna University from 1990 to 1993. Later, in the years 2003 to 2006, they completed a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a focus on Business Administration from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock.
