Stephen Kerns

Stephen Kerns has a diverse work experience spanning a wide range of industries. Stephen has held various leadership positions throughout their career, starting with Karhu USA and Merrell Footwear in 1988, where they worked in Product Technical Services. Stephen then worked as an Account Executive at General Mills / The Pillsbury Company from 1990 to 1993. Kerns joined Procter & Gamble in 1993, where they held several sales and marketing positions, including Product Manager and Senior National Account Manager. At The Rochester Shoe Tree Company, they served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing and successfully created a new strategic business, achieving record revenue and market share. Kerns then moved on to the KKR Consumer Company - The Boyds Collection, where they were the Director of Sales, National Accounts, responsible for driving business expansion and market growth. Stephen later joined The Samsonite Company as the Director of Sales, The Americas, Global Licensing, leading all sales and general management aspects of the Americas business unit. Kerns then joined Tivoli Audio LLC as the Vice President of Sales, where they developed and executed the annual US business plan and provided cross-functional leadership. Most recently, they served as the Vice President / General Manager at Sympatex Technologies before taking on their current role as President USA at Schoeller Textil AG in Switzerland.

Stephen Kerns has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Clark University. Stephen also attended Rutland High School in Rutland, Vermont. Additionally, they participated in a Junior Year Abroad program at The London School of Economics and Political Science where they studied International Economics.
