Amy O'Malley

Amy O'Malley currently serves as Managing Director of Human Resources at BI WORLDWIDE and as a Change Leader at Post Consumer Brands. With extensive experience spanning over two decades at Northern Tool + Equipment, Amy held several key leadership roles, including Senior Director of People Operations & Data Insights and Senior Director of Human Resources. Notable achievements include developing a comprehensive 3–5-year roadmap for people and systems transformation, leading HR Mergers & Acquisitions for multiple transactions, and expanding HR functions significantly while ensuring legal compliance. Amy earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from Minnesota State Moorhead.
