Paul Dingels

Paul Dingels, PMP®, is an accomplished senior project manager currently leading digital learning content initiatives at BI WORLDWIDE since December 2021. With extensive experience at Cargill, spanning from June 2010 to February 2021, Paul held roles such as Vendor and Resource Management Lead, where responsibilities included managing vendor relationships and establishing governance processes in Human Resources, as well as serving as Portfolio & Project Manager, overseeing projects across various functional areas. Prior to Cargill, Paul managed project portfolios at BI WORLDWIDE and LogicBay Corporation, focusing on learning solutions and eLearning software development. Paul's early career at Carlson Companies Inc included various analytical and managerial roles. Paul holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the UMN Carlson School of Management and a Mini-Masters in Software Development from the University of St. Thomas.
