Alma Zaragoza-Petty

Alma Zaragoza-Petty has extensive experience in the fields of education and diversity, equity, and inclusion. Currently, serving as an Adjunct Associate Professor at the University of Southern California, Alma teaches graduate-level courses on these subjects. Alma also works as an Advising Manager at ScholarMatch, helping students with college access and persistence. As an Independent Consultant, Alma provides diversity, equity, and inclusion strategies to various organizations. With a PhD in Education from UC Irvine, Alma has a strong academic background in counseling and psychology.
