Patty Vitale-Reilly is an experienced educational consultant and author with a focus on professional development for pre-k-12 educators. Since July 2015, Patty has operated Patricia Vitale-Reilly Consulting, where best practice methodologies are implemented in areas such as curriculum design, balanced literacy, and intervention strategies. In addition to consulting, Patty has authored and co-authored several educational books, including "Writing Clubs" and "Supporting Struggling Learners," and has collaborated with Scholastic on programming and materials development. Previous roles include Founder and Director of LitLife West Hudson and Staff Developer at Teachers College, Columbia University, alongside a teaching position in Tenafly Public Schools. Patty holds a Master’s degree in Education from Iona University and a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from Pace University.
