Rachel Francis

Rachel Francis is a senior analyst on the VOC & Advanced Customer Experience Team at Scholastic, serving since January 2022. Previously, Rachel held the position of accounting supervisor for the Project "Zinc" by Service Max from July 2020 to August 2022, overseeing the transition of accounting duties to the Service Max team. Rachel's experience also includes a role as an internal auditor for the State of Missouri, where evaluations ensured compliance and financial integrity. Prior positions include accountant at Marriott International, sales coordinator at Inn at Grand Glaize Resort & Convention Center, quality assurance manager at The Results Companies, and assistant general manager at Super 8. Rachel holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Missouri-Columbia, completed between 2012 and 2015.
