Gretha Meijer

Gretha Meijer is an experienced professional in the educational sector, currently serving as a Coach in primary education and a Beeldcoach® at Eigen Taal In Beeld since February 2022, while also holding the position of Leerkrachtcoach. As the founder of Eigen Taal In Beeld since March 2022, Meijer focuses on integrating supportive gestures in education and childcare. At Scholengroep OPRON, Meijer has been coaching novice teachers since August 1994, utilizing Beeldcoaching® and one-on-one discussions for development. Meijer has also worked as a primary school teacher and has significant experience in special primary education, including roles such as underclass coordinator, internship coordinator, support teacher, and internal supervisor. Prior to these roles, Meijer was a lecturer in baby and child sign language at Taal voor Taal Veendam from June 2019 to February 2022. Meijer's educational background includes multiple degrees from institutions such as HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht, focusing on teaching and language coordination.
