Jennifer Cohen

Jennifer Cohen has over two decades of experience in human resources and human capital management. Jennifer most recently served as the Global Head of Human Capital Management at Schonfeld, where they oversaw global HR strategies. Prior to that, they held leadership roles at Global Atlantic Financial Group, including Co-Head of Human Resources and Managing Director of Total Rewards. Jennifer also worked at Goldman Sachs as a Vice President. Jennifer'sexpertise lies in compensation, benefits, HR data analytics, and employee engagement.

Jennifer Cohen completed their Bachelor's degree in Mathematics at Bryn Mawr College in 2000. Jennifer then went on to pursue a Master's degree in Mathematics at the same institution, graduating in 2000.
